Branching Out A Bit
Piper Orange County, our third campus, is located at 8673 Irvine Center Drive, right in the heart of the Irvine Spectrum Center. With easy local access, plenty of parking, and a warm, modern design, this campus brings the Piper spirit to Orange County in a big big way.
Inside, you’ll find 9 thoughtfully designed classrooms, serving children from newborn through Pre-K/TK. With drop-offs starting at 18 months, we offer programming in a cozy, home-like environment filled with rich colors, inviting décor, and music that flows through the hallways.
Stepping outside, the magic continues. The playground features a flowing creek, lush garden, sandboxes, a play structure, and an inspiring outdoor art studio… all designed to spark imagination, curiosity, and joyful learning through play.
Our signature Parent Workspace is right inside the front door and here to welcome the grown-ups. Whether you’re working remotely, sipping a coffee, or simply chilling out for a few moments after drop-off, we’ve created a space just for you. Drop-off and stay.
