Piper Santa Monica - Where It All Began
Piper Santa Monica opened its doors in 2014 at 807 Arizona Avenue, right in the heart of downtown Santa Monica. Housed in a beautifully preserved architectural landmark, our campus blends historic charm with modern warmth… an ideal setting for children to learn, play, and grow.
Our school features 11 thoughtfully designed classrooms, serving children from newborn through Pre-K/TK. Starting at 18 months, we offer full-day programs in a cozy, home-like environment filled with rich colors, inviting décor, and music that flows through the hallways.
Outside, our expansive playground is a world of wonder: an active creek, climbing wall, wood shop, art studio, garden, performance stage, sandboxes, play structure, reading nook, and a sports yard designed for movement and imagination.
For our busy families, the third-floor Community Room offers a quiet, adults-only workspace… perfect for dropping off your little one and heading upstairs to work without missing a beat. Workspace for parents? We’ve got you.
